Mikado needs a new home! He has good work ethics and training from Kathy in Classical Dressage, but has shown extreme talent for Hunter work. He will carry a novice over a 3' fence easily and has the flowing hunter canter and auto-lead changes. He is a wonderful horse!

Trainer/owner (Kathy) doesn't have time for him as she is training/showing too many clients' horses.

He earned Champion Beginner Hunter at May FCHJA show and 2nd overall in show in May 2009, riding in a dark small covered arena. He has schooled cross country and has done novice level with an amateur rider.

He was shown by an amateur rider in dressage and hunter. He loves to jump! Ridden by multiple amateur riders.

Mikado free jumps in a shute to 3'3"; at a jumper clinic at 3'3". He loads, clips, ties and is barefooted.

Besides being trained as a Dressage horse, he loves to jump and has a wonderful bascule.
